We think the most sustainable clothes are the ones being used over and over again. That’s why you can now either sell your own pre-loved Koi Kids items easily and quickly back to us or buy second hand from our curated collection of pre-loved Koi Kids treasures.

We have made recycling as easy as possible for you!

Send your pre-loved Koi Kids items back to us, we will check them and quickly pay you with a voucher to Koi Kids!

We will pay you 70% or 50% of the estimated resale price for each approved item. You will receive the voucher almost immediately and you don’t need to wait for the items to be sold. Easy, quick and responsible.

Our recycling partner is Ninyes, which is the first and only marketplace for used, responsibly manufactured clothing in Northern Europe.

At Ninyes you will find the best, curated selection of pre-loved Koi Kids items.

1. Fill out and send the recycling form online.

2. Pack your clothes and send them to Ninyes. See shipping instructions here.

3. Give us two weeks, we will email you and send you the voucher.

For each item that is eligible for resale, we will pay you 70% (for items with a value more than 70€) or 50% (for items with a value less than 70€) of the estimated resale price.

You will receive the voucher approximately two weeks after you have shipped your clothes to us. The voucher is valid six (6) months from the date of issue. More information, exact instructions and terms of use can be found from our recycling partner Ninyes’ website.

All used Koi Kids items. Items should be in good condition, intact and clean and have an intact brand label. The assumed selling price for each item must be at least SEK 100/ EUR 10.

NO, THANK YOU:

Dirty, stained, broken, clearly faded or discolored items. Items with animal hair or strong fragrance. Samples, factory seconds or items with cut brand labels.

In order to have all Koi Kids items to be used as long as possible and to make recycling them as easy, as safe and as beneficial as possible for you. The greater the use of an item, the lower its overall impact on nature. By recycling, we can greatly reduce the carbon footprint of our clothes.
